This hand-carved piece is then used to create a mold master, from which we use our high-density urethane foam to form each medallion. The finished product is a beautifully detailed, lightweight, and solidly constructed focal piece that closely resembles original plaster medallions, achieved only through the use of our high-density urethane and not vacuum-formed, "plastic" type medallions.
